Provision for a Subject Matter Expert to prepare a Standard Operating Procedure (and any associated checklists, templates, forms) which covers all aspects/steps necessary to meet Cultural Heritage legislative requirements where they relate to the installation of Bureau of Meteorology weather observations equipment and associated infrastructure.
