Major Programs within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC) has an ongoing requirement for a Content Management System / Digital Experience Platform (CMS/DXP) solution to provide Agency website and content development including the whole of government SA.GOV.AU website, and supported by the Government Web Services (GWS) team.

The current supply arrangements for the support, hosting, and associated licensing of a Content Management System (CMS) platform are due to expire in December 2024.

As a result, Major Programs is preparing to return to the market to secure a new support services contract.

In support of this, Major Programs is seeking the assistance of an experienced market provider with deep working knowledge of the CMS/DXP market climate (leading products, key features, functionality, supply market, trends) to support the discovery and planning phase (Stage 1) of this process.

This support is expected to be engaged (on a full-time basis, or as required, in accordance with project requirements/ milestones), for up to a four (4) month period, from mid-August to mid-December 2023, to undertake the following Stage 1 (Discovery and Planning Phase) activities:
