Tender Description
The City of Sydney ("City") invites tenders for the provision of event infrastructure, structures, and equipment in accordance with this Request for Tender.
The City requires event infrastructure, structures, and equipment to ensure the safe and successful delivery of each event. This includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Portable Toilets, Temporary Site Offices & Site Equipment
2. Fencing
3. Generators, Lighting Towers & Power Distribution
4. Forklifts & Access Equipment
5. Structures, Furniture & Event Equipment
6. Flooring
This Request for Tender is divided into the above six (6) Parts, each representing a category of event infrastructure/equipment required by the Council for the events. All parts include a schedule of the required goods and services.
Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this document.
