ABOUT THE TENDER
The University of Adelaide is considering the possibility of increasing its student accommodation portfolio capacity to respond to the tightening private rental market, support future student recruitment, and demonstrate the institution's commitment to pastoral care.
The ambition is to scale up the current number of beds promoted and centrally administered by the Student Accommodation Service to further build on the University's internationally renowned reputation for its commitment to providing quality student accommodation options and specialist accommodation support services to its student community.
The University by way of this EOI is making an open approach to the market inviting submissions from businesses interested in participating in a procurement opportunity with the University.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME
Tenders close at 4.00 pm ACST on Friday 21st July 2023 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The University is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. The staff of the University are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
