This Request for Tender is for suitably experienced RPEQ person(s) (inclusive of any support services they may require) to undertake the principals design for the short-term remedial measures and long-term solutions at Capella weir.

The project scope consists of

1. Preparing a principal design for short-term remedial measures to repair flood damage and create a temporary weir.
2. Preparing an environmental management plan and technical specifications for the desilting works at the existing electrical pump site.
3. Propose the most suitable long-term solution to avoid the recurring flood breaches and be able to satisfy license conditions.
4. Provide a detailed design for a permanent weir structure.
5. Investigate the license conditions and propose any additional improvements to the existing infrastructure.
