Partial demolition of two-storey section of an existing building and construction of single-storey addition and renovation for a new Senior Learning Centre. Total building approx. 863m2.
Tenderer’s registration to include and will be evaluated on the following criteria: Submission quality; Previous relevant company experience; Personnel experience; Current or past experience with client and design team; Proximity; and Perceived ability to provide an appropriate service on this project.
