Tender Description
1. Pursuant to Section 234 of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Qld), Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) is seeking tenders from persons or entities registered on the Local Buy Register of Pre-qualified Supplier Arrangements for the following:-
a. Project Management Consultancy Services LB279 for the provision of Project Management Support & Contract Administration Services and,
b. Engineering & Environmental Consultancy Services LB312 for the provision of design services
2. The Water Utilities section of Central Highlands Regional Council (CHRC) is responsible for the provision of water and wastewater services as well as the execution of the capital projects in its area of jurisdiction. The Water and Wastewater Capital Works Budget for 2023/24 is in the order of $25m.
3. This Request for Tender is to select suitably experienced Engineering Companies (inclusive of any support services they may require) to be placed on a Panel of Consultants for a period of 3 years to undertake one or more of the following services:-
a. Secondment Roles
b. Design Reviews
c. Preparation of Concept Designs & Scope Documents
d. Detail Designs
e. Provision of Superintendent Services
f. Process Engineering Services
