EOI – CONTRACT CLEANING – BALRANALD TOWNSHIP PUBLIC AMENITIES

⁠⁠⁠Balranald Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for cleaning of public amenities in Balranald Township.

• There are 5 amenities to clean daily
• The amenities in mention are within a 3km radius of each other
• 3 hours per day will be allocated for the daily task
• Cleaning will be required 7 days a week including public holidays
• Council to supply cleaning equipment and chemicals. Through Council stores department.
• Council will also supply toilet rolls and hand towels etc. Through Council stores department.
• Contractor to report any damage and necessary maintenance to works coordinator
• Cleaning to be of a high standard and left in a hygienic state
• Invoicing to be sent in fortnightly to Balranald Shire Council
• The rate contractor requests will be a flat rate no penalties to apply
• Anything supplied by Council remains the property of Council and misappropriation of such may terminate contract

Council Requirements

Contractor to hold:

• Current ABN
• $20,000,000 personal public liability insurance minimum
• Work cover insurance if employee’s are to be engaged
• Contractor to have registered and insured vehicle
• Contractor to follow Council direction and guidelines
• Contractor to hold appropriate Australian driver’s license
