Part B- Panel of Suppliers (schedule of rates)

Strathbogie Shire Council seeks the services of suitably qualified and experienced consultants to assist with various Community Engagement projects throughout the Shire. This Contract has two components:

Part A - Community Engagement Specialist, to develop a Draft Council Community Recovery Plan - lump sum - project delivery 10 weeks

Part B - Panel of Suppliers Contract Arrangement (Schedule of Rates) for three year term

You may tender for a single component or both components of this separable contract.

Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only.

Tenders and quotations can be only lodged on line through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy formal Quotations or Tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy not to accept Quotations or Tenders received after the specified closing time.

You may choose to tender for a single component or both components of the Contract.

Part A - Community Engagement Specialist, to develop a Draft Council Community Recovery Plan - Lump sum price to be entered into Schedule 7

Part B - Panel of Suppliers Contract Arrangement, your Rates to be entered into Schedule 8

• All Tender Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated. You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.

• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
