Tender Description
Wyndham City Council's AV equipment at Eagle Stadium and AquaPulse is coming to end of life and needs to partner with a suitable contractor to design/supply/install equipment in group fitness spaces along with a venue paging system (AquaPulse) and IPTV system (both venues) with a modern commercial AV system which enhances both the customer and staff experience.

A Site Visit has been arranged, and it is strongly encouraged for all prospective tenders to attend on Tuesday 13 June 2023. The site visit will start at AquaPulse at 10.00am and carry on at Eagle until approximately 12.30pm.
All submissions must be electronically submitted through the website no later than 12.00 noon Wednesday 28 June 2030.
The opening of the Tender Box will be conducted at the Municipal Offices immediately after the closing deadline. Late, emailed and facsimiled quotations will not be accepted. The lowest or any quotation will not necessarily be accepted.
