Berrigan Shire Council invites suitably qualified professionals and professional service providers to submit a response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of professional services across a range of specialist areas and upon the conditions detailed in this RFQ.
The key outcome of this RFQ is to establish a consistent pricing and service delivery framework for identified services which will improve value to the Berrigan Shire community based on an adhoc engagement and agreed volumes.
Berrigan Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified Suppliers with expertise in any or all the following services:
- Real Estate (AirPark specialists);
- Real Estate (Sales and Marketing);
- Real Estate Property Management (including commercial and retail properties);
- Solicitors (Local Government, Human Resource Management, Commercial Leases, Community
- Leases etc);
- Building Surveyors;
- Environmental Health Inspectors and Compliance Management;
- Food Safety Inspectors and Compliance Management;
- Legal Advice (including specialist Local Government advice);
- Town Planning;
- Design Engineering;
- Liquid Trade Waste management and advice;
- Community Engagement;
- Conveyancing;
- Marketing;
- Recruitment;
- Surveyor;
- Arborist;
- Labour hire;
- Specialist temporary placements;
- Architectural Services;
- Stonemasonry (including heritage maintenance)
The Tender Process will be conducted through an EOI & RFQ process to select suitable Professionals to work with Council.
