CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT PT CROWN ALLOTMENT 30B SECTION 5.

The Nelson Public Reserve Committee of Management are seeking licenced builders/ construction companies to provide a detailed written quote for the construction of a new commercial building located at PT Crown Allotment 30B Section 5 adjacent Leake Street, Nelson.

The successful builder will be required to co-ordinate all required subcontractors and liaise with the reserve committee of management on a regular basis.

Construction must adhere to all Victorian building regulation as specified in the working drawings.

All written quotes must be submitted with a build timeline.
