Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the renovation and refurbishment of the toilets, storage shed and entrance at the Viewbank Scout Hall located at 96 Rutherford Road, Viewbank VIC 3084.
An overview of the Viewbank Scout Hall works include but is not limited to:
- Demolish and reconstruct existing storeroom and bathrooms;
- Cage for gas tank storage;
- Car park linemarking for DDA spot;
- External DDA ramp;
- External earthworks and concrete works including associated drainage;
- Electrical works including distribution board upgrade;
- Plumbing works including meter relocation;
- Mechanical works;
- Glazing;
- Painting;
- Liaison with relevant authorities regarding works;
- Allowance for scout group to store container in car park and have unfettered access;
- Requirements as per ESD Matrix
- Removal of all debris and waste from the site upon completion of works; and
- All handover documentation, warranties and manuals etc
In addition to the above, an optional site visit will be held on Monday 05 June 2023 at 10:00am.
