Tender Description
Warrnambool City Council is seeking quotations for consultants to develop a capital works funding strategy for the redevelopment of the Warrnambool Art Gallery.
The funding strategy will define capital funding options for the redevelopment of the Warrnambool Art Gallery in order to reach investment-ready status. Specific items to be addressed:
- Include an overview of the Warrnambool Art Gallery’s unique investment position, identifying current financial strengths and opportunities for leveraging further capital.
- Establish a robust and realistic methodology and approach for developing new and strengthening existing funding opportunities; tailoring to diverse funders and fundraising types.
- Identify realistic funding sources from the private sector and philanthropists.
- Identify potential State and Commonwealth government sources.
- Identify possible revenue raising strategies.
- Prepare a funding model that establishes sources that match the estimated development costs.
- Provide recommendations for establishment of an investment fund.
- Establish clear timeframes and milestones for effective strategy delivery; incorporating recommendations and actions for ongoing monitoring and evaluation
- Recommends advocacy approaches, communications strategies and case for support for individual target cohorts; and
- Identifies significant in-kind donations that offset cash costs.
