Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified consultant for the improvement and implementation of a mobile risk assessment tool to update condition data, and hydraulic capacity assessment to determine inherent risks and vulnerability, and prioritisation of future repair, renewal, or upgrade works for culvert assets.
This procurement is for level 2 condition inspections of all major culverts and causeways (161 No.) to update current condition data to suitably qualified (level 2) inspectors, and prepare the final culvert risk and prioritisation report.
PMHC also requires quotations to conduct hydrological modeling utilising Australian rainfall runoff guidelines and procedures, to inform culvert capacity and risk.
Consultants must comply with PMHC's COVIDSafe Workplace Policy.
