DetailsCouncil is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced venue caterer for the Provision of Catering and Hospitality Operation Services (Services) for corporate and public catering (food and beverage) including stadium/ venue functions held at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium (Stadium).
Council is open to Tenders for financial terms and operation conditions that will provide a basis for a solid long-term partnership with a capable Contractor. Therefore, in response to the RFT, do not limit the response to replication of current operational or financial conditions.
It is proposed that the appointment will be for a period of seven (7) years with a further three (3) year option.
The works include but are not limited to the provision of profits and margins, all materials (unless otherwise specifically mentioned in this RFT), labour, freight, tools, plant, appliances, and other necessary works, whether specifically mentioned or not.
