Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to engage experienced and suitably qualified service provider(s) to supply and install new floodlighting poles and sports lights to three (3) sites across the Maitland City Council Local Government Area (LGA). The works shall also include foundation construction for each new floodlighting pole.
Any person willing to fulfill the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to the Council by the deadline
Each of these three sites will be set as separable portions within this contract and must be priced as individual projects completed independently of each other. Tenderers may submit a price for all or only individual sites if they wish. Council reserves the right to award each separable portion to different contractors.
The sites are as follows.
- Thornton Oval, Thornton.
- Norm Chapman Sports Complex, Rutherford.
- Lochinvar Sports Complex, Lochinvar.
The successful contractor(s) shall be able to provide evidence of recent and successful sports field floodlight construction projects.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer. Complete tenders (i.e. containing all completed schedules, documents, information, and details required) shall be considered ONLY if received by Electronic Tender or Hardcopy tender. Where a hardcopy tender is made the tender must be in the Works Depot Tender Box by the deadline.
