Carpentry and Joinery Services - Annual Supply

The City of Boroondara requires suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide Carpentry and Joinery Services in accordance with the requirements of the Specification and the Services General Conditions.

This Contract will be a two Panel arrangement as follows:

Panel 1 - shall consist of approximately three (3) Contractors, which shall supply the services of the adhoc maintenance and proactive works; and

Panel 2 - shall consist of approximately two (2) Contractors, which shall assist Panel 1 when requested, perform minor alterations and improvement works

based on quotation approvals.

The initial contract term is three (3) years.
