Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and capable contractors for the reconstruction of Rangeview Road between Old Eltham Road and Main Road, Lower Plenty.
As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Program, Council is planning to improve the local road infrastructure at Rangeview Road between Old Eltham Road and Main Road, Lower Plenty.
The scope of works generally includes but is not limited to construction activities involving:
- Mobilisation and site establishment.
- Set out of works.
- Ensuring the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with Council standard.
- Regrade and asphalt existing table drain on West side of Rangeview Road
- Reconstruct and extend the kerb and channel along the East side of Rangeview Road
- Drainage upgrades
- Reconstruction of driveways
- Reconstruction of the existing road pavement
- Road Resurfacing.
- Site clean-up.
- As-built – Documentation of as constructed information
