Tender Description
NPWS is seeking tenders from experienced food and beverage operators for the sustainable, commercially viable management of Cape Byron Lighthouse Café and The Pass Café under a lease for a proposed term of 5 years with an additional 5-year option.
Suitably qualified operators are invited to submit business proposals that focus on the provision of quality visitor services through food and beverage operations and the promotion of the environmental and cultural values of the site.
NPWS welcomes submissions for either Cape Byron Lighthouse Café or The Pass Café individually, or submissions from a single respondent to operate at both locations.
The successful respondent will have experience in food and beverage operations, skills in marketing and an ability to take responsibility for the ongoing conservation and maintenance of the premises in collaboration with NPWS.
