Tender Description
Council carries out varied concrete construction works as part of the council's operational program across the local government area.
Works may include;
• Footpath new and replacement programs
• Kerb and gutters
• Insitu concrete structures ie drainage inlets, roundabouts and other related structures
Engagement may occur in the following ways;
1. Full scope (Supply, deliver and install),
(Supplier supply’s complete works materials and labour)
2. Formwork and labour. Council does the excavation and will supply steel and concrete and joints.
3. Council will excavate only. Everything else supplied by the contractor.
(Formwork, steel, and concrete from the contractor)
The Contract will run for Three years in total (two years, with one year extensions based on supplier performance). The pricing submitted shall support all RFQ’s for the first six (6) months then pricing shall be as per the market rates
