"Cleaning – Tamworth Agricultural Institute
Tamworth Agricultural Institute (TAI) seek professional cleaning services from the Tenderer throughout selected buildings across the research station located at 4 Marsden Park Road, Calala NSW 2340. The site is comprised of general office spaces, laboratories, workshops, farmland, which all have varied frequency of use and cleaning requirements.
TAI also requires fleet vehicles cleaned and maintained as part of the cleaning arrangements. These vehicles consist of sedans, wagons & utilities less than 4.5t GVM.
The tenderer is to provide pricing for the undertaking of cleaning as outlined in the schedules and maps supplied in the tender information.
It is envisaged that the term of the Contract will be Three (3) Years and Zero (0) months, which may be extended for Two (2) x One (1) Year Options.
Mandatory onsite meeting on the 18/5/2023 for all tenderers. Names of persons attending the tenderer briefing must be provided to the contact officer at least 3 working days prior to the date. No more than 2 persons from each tenderer will be permitted to attend the tenderer briefing.
