The State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Employment Small Business and Training via collaboration with the Queensland Small Business Commissioner) has issued this ITO with the objectives of establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement for mediation services, under the Queensland Small Business Commissioner, that will include multiple suppliers and services for the purpose of assisting with resolving disputes involving Queensland small businesses.
Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for the provision of Queensland Small Business Commissioner (QSBC) Mediator Panel project (SOA 22315), as specified in Part B: SOA Details document.
