Tender Description
The City of Unley (The Council) invites tenders from Consultants for the provision of detailed designs and documentation that will form part of a future construction Request for Tender that Council will put out to market, subject to relevant budget approvals and authorisations.
The detailed designs and documentation must also seek and obtain all necessary Planning, Building and Development Approvals for a contemporary refurbishment, rear extension and renewed landscaping of the City of Unley Cottages at 78, 80-82 and 84 Edmund Avenue Unley (as a secondary stage to a similar upgrade to buildings in the row at 72, 74 and 76 Edmund Avenue).
