Tender Description
We require the services of a professional property services provider to deliver day-to-day tenancy management of our commercial and retail rental properties that form part of the ‘Portfolio’. The categories of Services required are categorised under the headings:
1. Contract and Performance Management
2. Transitioning Management
3. Property and Facility Management
4. Data Management, and
5. The Blacktown Exercise Sport and Technology Hub Management which may be an addition to
the Portfolio at a later date, at Council’s Discretion.
