Registered building Contractors are invited to register their interest for a new learning building at Damascus College.

Anticipated tender date: late May 2023

The project is located at the rear of the campus, on a sloping site between 2-3 buildings, and comprises 23 classrooms, student kitchen, associated amenities, outdoor learning areas and landscaping including soil remediation. It is a -3000 sq.m., 3-4 storey building (incl. plant room undercroft) - concrete framed with post tensioned slabs.
