TasNetworks is seeking information from product vendors, system integrators, and other suitable suppliers for critical core voice platforms and platform services for TasNetworks. Given the complex nature of our requirements, we anticipate that vendors may offer up constellations of complementary products and/or services that in aggregate provide the desired outcomes. However heavy preference will be given to a single supplier/vendor solution that offers a single consistent management experience and a consistent end-user experience.

Please note the RFI for Telephony and Voice Systems document and Schedule A- Requirements are also included in the document pack in editable format (word and Excel).

Responses are requested in Portable Document Format (PDF), Word, and Excel and must be lodged in the electronic tender box set up for this RFI by the closing time of 2:00pm Hobart local time, Thursday 18 May 2023.

An online forum has been set up for all questions, and replies from TasNetworks will be posted solely via this forum.
