Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Te Kura o Matapihi Board of Trustees are seeking suitable suppliers to tender for Main Contractor Design and Construct Services, for their Redevelopment Works. The works include: demolition of an existing 2 Teaching Space Block, interior refurbishment on existing 2 Teaching Space Block, Construction of a new multi-purpose building (circa 360m2 floor area), hard and soft landscaping as required. This forms the second stage (RFT) of the two stage procurement model.
