Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The South Taranaki District Council requires the design and construction of the Manaia Combined Facility; a new multi-use community building to replace the earthquake-prone War Memorial Hall and Sports Complex, both of which have been closed since 2015 and 2018 respectively. The new facility will consolidate sports, events, community gatherings and performing arts functions into a single building, with consideration given to incorporating heritage elements from the existing War Memorial. Demolition of the two existing structures is included in scope.
