This is a notification that Barwon Health Barwon Health is seeking a suitable Wellbeing service provider who will provide the wellbeing (non-clinical) component of the Barwon Health Prevention and Recovery Care Program (PARC).
We are seeking to partner with a Wellbeing organisation who will co-locate and collaborate in the assessment, documentation, care planning and service delivery for consumers receiving care through PARC. The Wellbeing service will bring their preferred wellbeing (psychosocial) frameworks as part of this collaboration, whilst ensuring practices remain in line with PARC frameworks and operational guidelines.
