Tender Description

The Health Service requires the Tenderer to provide:

  1. Preparatory Asset Audit including a condition report and replacement report on selected assets, and the provision of Asset ID and Service stickers. Assets required for Audit are summarised within this RFT document with the most accurate list identified within Attachment two (2)
  2. Scheduled Inspection and Planned Maintenance Service (including corrective works) of the Services and associated assets with costs quoted and fixed as agreed within the executed contract.
  3. 24/7/365 Break-down/fault-finding services for the Services and associated assets with costs based on the Tenderer’s schedule of rates agreed within the executed contract. 

The Health Service also requires a Tenderer to be able to provide, on a quotable basis;

  1. Repairs / replacements / minor works / other services, as required
  2. All quotations will be calculated on Tenderer’s schedule of rates within the executed contract.
  3. For all works up to the value of $10,000 (Excluding TMV replacements); the Successful Tenderer will be considered the preferred and exclusive provider of Plumbing Services.
  4. For all works above the value of $10,000; the Health Service reserves the right to obtain alternative quotations from other parties.

 In issuing this RFT, the Health Service seeks to identify a Tenderer:

Able to provide the Goods and/or Services required by the Health Service in the manner set out in the Specification. 

Able to demonstrate a commitment and ability to working in collaboration with the Health Service over the term of any agreed contractual period to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency and productivity in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services; and

Prepared to work with The Health Service to continue to identify opportunities for improvement in the quality and level of service provided to The Health Service, for the mutual benefit of both The Health Service and the Tenderer.

Able and willing to meet the commitments for the Health Service in respect to Social Procurements, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability goals and benchmarks.

The Health Service is committed to improving environmental outcomes through the consideration of environmental factors when determining overall value for money in the procurement of goods and/or services. Consideration of environmental factors is reflected in the requirements of this RFT.
