Tender Description
The City of Onkaparinga owns the existing Noarlunga United Soccer club facility which is leased to the sporting club to operate valued community sport and social activities.
Council are seeking to engage an experienced contractor who can conduct the work while minimizing public disruption, deliver the project quickly and efficiently and provide high quality construction services. The existing facility will remain in operation for the duration of the works
New changerooms are required to meet the requirements of the club. Council is seeking to construct four new change rooms in response to an increase participation in sport, modern sporting facility guidelines and our commitment to improve equitability and disabled access to our highly utilised community assets.
