Tender Description
Whitehorse City Council is seeking tenders for ongoing development, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement services to the suite of Council websites based on GovCMS on Drupal 9.
The websites need to remain modern, mobile device adaptive and secure and allow customers and staff to interact and self-serve 24/7. The intranet needs to be updated to meet the mobile requirements of users.
The high-level outcomes are:
• Provide Drupal support and maintenance to keep the websites functioning as expected and up-to-date with Drupal security and patch updates and platform upgrades
• Keeping all supporting software requirements up-to-date such as PHP
• Upgrade CMS to govCMS on Drupal 10
• Providing support and liaising with server hosts to support the running of the websites as required
• Intranet design update and implementation
• Design, build, test, and deploy new and enhanced features for the Drupal websites based on Council requirements.
