Tender Description

As part of the Banyule City Council’s Capital Works Programme for the year 2023-24, Council is planning to demolish and reconstruct the pavilion at Macleod Park, 50 Chapman St, Macleod, 3085. This RFQ is for the appointment of a Contractor to undertake these works. The successful Contractor will be appropriately experienced and resourced to deliver the project.

An overview of the project works includes but is not limited to:

  • Site mobilisation and management;
  • Demolition and offsite disposal of the existing building;
  • Construction and commissioning of the new pavilion as set out in drawings and specification;
  • Liaison with authorities where required;
  • Coordination of building surveyor inspections;
  • Handover and maintenance manuals and documentation; and
  • Site clean-up and demobilisation
