Tender Description
The Shire of Broome is seeking a Contractor, or multiple Contractors, to undertake cleaning services across several Shire facilities and locations.
The Shire will review and assess responses for all or any one facility/location/service to determine the best value for money to the Shire.
That is to say that a smaller cleaning company may wish to just price for cleaning services to our Public Toilet Facilities only or cleaning of public BBQs or just one of the buildings/facilities. Another company may specialise in pressure washing and only wish to submit a Response for the waterpark splash pad and Town Beach Jetty.
It is envisaged that the proposed Contract will commence at the start of the 2023/2024 financial year (July 1st, 2023).
