In 2011, the livestock export sector undertook a project to complete a life cycle assessment of the livestock export supply chain. The project looked at greenhouse gas emissions, water use, energy use, and eutrophication.
The LEP RD&E Program is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to update the livestock export industry life cycle assessment (from 2011), with a particular focus on carbon and greenhouse gases, so that the industry can understand and communicate its credentials in this space and plan for further activities and promote any improvements in the last decade.
All proposals should address the Terms of Reference.
