Business Case for the Nexus Between Emissions Reduction and Energy Security in Central NSW

The purpose of this procurement is to identify a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to develop a Business Case for the Nexus Between Emissions Reduction and Energy Security for Central NSW Councils.

Responses that are submitted as one PDF rather than in the designated boxes may not be accepted. Attachments are permitted for most questions.

Any questions in relation to the RFT are to be made in writing through this portal. Respondents should be aware that any question that requests information relating to the contents of the RFT (as opposed to functionality of the e-procurement portal) will be responded to publicly through the portal to ensure all respondents are provided with the same information.

IMPORTANT - while Volume 4 shows the general conditions of contract, there are also special conditions of contract to follow. These will be issued as an addendum to the RFT prior to the close of the RFT.
