VicTrack invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the CN002141 Melbourne Airport Rail – Off Corridor Diversity works package.
The purpose of the EOI Phase is for VicTrack to select Shortlisted Invitees, who have the proven experience, capability and capacity to participate in the Request for Tender stage for Phase A - a collaborative Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and then demonstrate Value for Money Proposal to be able to transition to Phase B – Main works.

Invitees are advised that pre-qualification through VicTrack's compliance partner, Avetta, is a pre-requisite for the final contract execution. Costs associated with this registration may be included in the Request for Tender stage for any potential supplier not currently pre-qualified.
