Tender Description
The Principal invites tenders for Insitu Bituminous Stabilisation as a road rehabilitation treatment on its existing road network, incorporating supplementary binders where specified of either cement or quicklime at the nominated rates of addition.
Incorporation of the binder shall be accomplished using a purpose built stabilising mixer with mixing box referred to as a “stabiliser”. This specification is applicable to foamed bitumen stabilisation.
