Tender Description

The Contractor is engaged to supply and install Photo Voltaic (PV) Solar Panels, Batteries and LED Lighting to the following facilities:

  • Emergency Operations Centre;
  • Walter Padbury Park, Berehaven Oval (Thornlie Football Club);
  • Homestead Park Centre (Thornlie Community Centre and Australian Arab Association);
  • Addie Mills Centre (Senior Citizen Centre);
  • Thornlie Library;
  • Amherst Village Community Centre (Amherst Library, Youth Centre and Community Spaces);
  • The Agonis (Knowledge Centre, Lotteries House and Business Incubator);
  • Langford Sports Centre (Ben Bridson Pavilion); and
  • Tom Bateman Pavilion 1, Sporting Complex Building.

    • The Contractor will be required to provide all labour, plant and equipment, materials, chemicals, transport/cartage, supervision/administrative costs, surveying, travelling expenses etc. and anything else necessary to carry out the Works required under the proposed Contract.

    No site or tender briefing will be held.
