Tender Description
This EOI enables businesses to secure and provide circular economy processing solutions for waste and recycling material streams from Ballarat and the surrounding region. City of Ballarat, five neighbouring councils and Central Highlands Water are seeking from the market, circular economy focused solutions for the region's waste and recycling material streams. Materials in the EOI scope include Municipal Solid Waste, comingled recyclables, garden organics, food organics, glass, Transfer Station material streams (e.g. metals, green waste, timber, e-waste, mattresses etc), as well as wood plantation residue, biosolids and water treatment plant alum sludge.
