Tender Description
Inner West Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to Tender for the routine and reactive cleaning of rooves and gutters situated in Council’s building assets. This contract will be awarded to one or more contractors, and the sites will be distributed among the contractors.
The initial Contract term is for 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance that will be determined by Inner West Council, with an option to extend for a further two (2) years by 1+1 year extension options exercisable at the sole discretion of Council.
