The scope of works in this contract includes the following:

  • Construction of a 3.0m wide shared path to complete a missing section of the Bay Trail.
  • Upgrade the Parkdale Yacht Club Carpark and surrounding area.
  • Amenity improvements.
  • Solar lighting in the car park.
