The City of Gosnells is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced lead Consultant to provide all professional services for the architectural design and contract administration for construction of the Principal’s new Langford Indoor Sports Centre, Langford. This includes demolition, demobilisation and remobilisation works, plus the collaboration with the Principal’s internal stakeholders and Southern Districts Netball Association.
The lead Consultant will be required to provide contract administration services on behalf of the Principal for the duration of the construction and defects liability period. The Consultant shall also coordinate and be responsible for the activities of the sub Consultants during contract administration.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on Tuesday, 4 April 2023 at 2pm sharp, at the Langford Sporting Complex carpark, off Wingrove Road, Langford
