Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced Respondents for the procurement of a Head Consultant to undertake the detailed design and quality assurance during the construction phase of the Charing Cross Streetscape Upgrade project.
The final design output should be suitable for commencement to the construction stage of the streetscape upgrade.
The Consultant team must be suitably qualified and experienced to undertake site investigations, the analysis of all existing documentation, the production of detailed design, tender and construction documentation, and quality assurance during the construction phase of the project. The Head Consultant will be the Principal Consultant for these works and will be responsible for engaging of all necessary sub consultants to meet the project principles and scope of works.
