Liverpool City Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to submit a Tender as outlined in this Request for Tender (RFT).
The RFT would like to engage a suitably qualified and experienced principal consultants to provide a Detailed Design for the Streetscape and Cycleway Project on George Street and Moore Street, Liverpool. The designs will include both traffic and civil engineering disciplines, with experience in streetscape and cycleway designs.
The two streets have been identified as priority projects in the adopted Liverpool City Centre Public Domain Master Plan (2020) and aims to uplift the public domain standards for key Liverpool CBD streets. Council drafted the initial Concept Design for George Street and Moore Street, then engaged a Design Consultant to complete the Resolved Concept Design.
The George Street and Moore Street, Liverpool City Centre project will be delivered in stages in terms of designs and construction. The stages will be subject to internal Council approvals and based on the evaluation process.
