Southern Grampians Shire Council is seeking quotations from experienced contractors for Foothpath Construction at the Penshurst Volcanic Discovery Center - 23 Martin Street, Penshurst, Victoria.

Scope includes

• Construct 1.5m wide footpath as per provided IDM standard.
• Construct 1m wide footpath as per provided IDM standard.
• Install of wheelchair accessible basalt pavers for assembly platform (Include supply and place 100mm 2% CT sand bedding).
• Install of wheelchair accessible basalt pavers Infront of orientation display shelter (Include supply and place 100mm 2% CT sand bedding).
• Concrete pour and expansion joints to level existing step, will need to include N12 shear connectors at approximately 300mm centres chemset 75mm depth, expansions joints and SL72 mesh - Please refer attachment 1
• Location and protection of any existing services.
• Install of basalt rectangle seat and bluestone columns prior to construction of footpath in assembly space (provisional item).
