Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the services of an experienced Civil Contractor or Landscape Contractor to construct a BMX Track at Windsor Siding Reserve.
The Council is seeking the services of an experienced Civil Contractor or Landscape Contractor to construct a BMX Track at Windsor Siding Reserve.
This project requires specialised skills to determine the construction methodology for construction of the BMX Track. Council also requires the successful contractor to engage specialist sub-consultants, skilled in constructing BMX Tracks.
Tenderers must hold the required qualifications and demonstrate experience in the provision of the requested services, preferably in a local government environment.
The successful supplier(s) will be engaged under the Precedent Contract (Part C)
Council will only accept tenders from an incorporated entity, a trustee or a partnership for engagements that are ongoing standing offers, performance based or not directly related to a single project.
