Tender Description
Ballina Shire Council has a number of upcoming infrastructure projects requiring pre-construction investigations/approvals and construction and the projects are to be delivered across a range of infrastructure types from open space and recreation to buildings and facilities, water and wastewater infrastructure and roads/civil, including bridges.
To ensure the efficient and effective delivery of each project, Council requires the assistance of appropriately skilled and experienced contractors to provide project management and other services. Successful tenderers will be placed on a panel of providers to provide project management services during either the pre-construction approval stage or during construction.
Upon establishment of the panel contract, each subsequent individual engagement will detail the specific deliverables required, based on project scopes and/or via hourly rates.
Other deliverables that may be expected under individual engagements include but are not limited to:
· Procurement and management of design consultants.
· Procurement and management of delivery contractors.
· Procurement and management of Design and Construct contractors.
· Monitoring and managing project(s) delivery in accordance with Council Project Management Framework.
