Tender Description
The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA), on behalf of the Department of Health (Principal), seeks to obtain responses to an Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable contractors interested in performing the role of Fixed Price Lump Sum Contractor (Contractor) for the demolition of the existing structure and carpark in preparation for the new Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) site in Geelong. This Expression of Interest brief relates only to Early Works for the Geelong site.
VHBA has engaged Johnstaff to perform the role of Superintendent for the construction contract between the Principal and the Contractor to assist and manage the delivery of the Project to completion and final certificate.
Respondents should note that the information contained in this Section 1 - 'Information to Respondents’ is subject to change at the Principal's discretion during any stage of the EOI Process.
